Adobe Reader
Adobe Reader is a free program that allows you to open, view, and print PDF files. With Adobe Reader, you can not create PDF files or edit PDF files. However, depending on what rights the author established on the document you may be able to add text to certain areas of PDFs. For example, some forms you are able to fill in. Typically, PDF files are not meant to be edited, unless you are the author, using Adobe Acrobat.
Nuance PDF
PDFs can be created and edited with Nuance PDF. Nuance PDF is typically used to create more complex PDF files. Nuance can also combine, extract, convert, and compress PDFs. Nuance is available to everyone within the company.
