After Hours Support
After hours support are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 5:00PM to 9:00PM
- Saturday: 12:00PM to 4:00PM
- Sunday: 12:00PM to 8:00PM
You should always contact the Helpdesk as opposed to the technician directly.

By Phone:
- (717) 431-3728
- Leave a voicemail and a ticket will automatically be created
By Email:
- Email helpdesk@rettew.com from any email address (If emailing from a non-RETTEW email address, put your name in the subject of the email).
- The system will automatically create a helpdesk ticket for you.
Web Portal:
- Navigate to rettew.zendesk.com and login
- Submit a ticket.
