Contacting the Helpdesk
There are three convenient ways to contact the HelpDesk:
Call the HelpDesk Extension at 3728 or external number (717) 431-3728
- When you call the Helpdesk extension, it rings multiple phones within the IT department to help ensure you will reach someone that is available.
- If no one is available to answer the phone leave a voice mail and that will automatically create a helpdesk ticket.
Email the HelpDesk
- Email helpdesk@rettew.com from any email address.
- The system will automatically create a helpdesk ticket for you.
Login to Web-based HelpDesk Portal
- Log into the helpdesk portal.
- Submit a ticket.
All three of these scenarios will generate an email to multiple people within the IT department to be addressed by the first available person.
